What this website is for

latarteta.com is the website of La Tarteta, handmade cheesecakes in Sabadell. It is here to show our menu, to order whole cakes for pick-up in the shop and to ask for a quote if you run a business.

The website does not charge anything or ask for payment details. Whole cakes ordered on this website are exclusively for in-store pick-up.

Home delivery is not handled here: we are on Glovo and Uber Eats, which have their own terms.

How an order works

When you send the order form you get a reference number and a confirmation email with what you ordered, the pick-up day and the price according to the menu at that moment.

The pick-up date must respect the minimum notice shown in the form itself. If you need to change anything in your order, call us or write to us quoting the reference number.

Allergen information

Every cake on the menu comes with its allergen information, provided by La Tarteta. Our cakes contain allergens such as gluten, lactose, eggs, nuts or soy, depending on the sheet of each one.

This information is for guidance and may change if a recipe changes. If you have an allergy or an intolerance, ask in the shop or call us before ordering.

Terms of use

Browsing this website makes you a user and means you accept these terms. We ask you to use the site properly: not for unlawful activities, not trying to damage it or access restricted areas, and not sending fake orders, offensive content or data that does not belong to you through the forms.

Access is free, except for the cost of your own internet connection.

Who owns the texts and images

The texts, photographs, design, logo and other elements of this website belong to La Tarteta or to whoever has granted their use, and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.

You may view and share them, citing the source. What you may not do without written permission is reproduce, transform or use them for commercial purposes.

If you think any content on this website infringes your rights, write to us and we will look into it.

The limits of our liability

We take care that the information published is correct and up to date, but it may contain mistakes or become outdated. We reserve the right to change the content, the menu and the prices at any time; the price that applies to an order is the one we confirm when you place it.

We work to keep the website available at all times, but we cannot guarantee there will be no interruptions for maintenance, technical faults or reasons beyond our control.

On some pages you will find links to third-party sites: Glovo, Uber Eats, Instagram, TikTok and Google Maps. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we do not control them: once you leave this site, ours no longer apply.

If you place an order or ask us for a quote, we process your data as explained in the privacy policy. And if you want to know what is stored in your browser, it is detailed in the cookie policy.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the owner’s place of business, unless the law provides otherwise (for example, when the claimant is a consumer, who may bring the claim in their own place of residence).
