Cookie policy
This website uses the essential cookie that remembers your choice about cookies and, only if you allow it, a measurement tool to learn which pages are useful. Nothing else.
What a cookie is
It is a small file that a website stores in your browser when you visit it. It is used to remember things from one page to the next, such as whether you have already answered a notice.
Here we also call “cookies” other ways of storing information in the browser that do the same, because for you the effect is identical.
The one this website needs to work
We store your choice about this cookie notice (the “lt_consent” cookie), so that we do not ask you again on every page.
It is essential and does not require your consent, because the law considers it strictly necessary.
The measurement one, only if you accept it
To know which pages are read and which are not, we use Umami, an analytics tool that does not share data with any advertising platform and is not used to follow you around the internet.
Nothing loads until you accept. If you decline, the tool simply does not start, and the website works exactly the same.
What is measured is aggregated: pages viewed, which country the visit comes from, what kind of device is used and which buttons are pressed (for example, whether an order is sent or Glovo is opened), never what you type in the forms. We do not know who you are.
The Google map, only if you ask for it
The contact page has a Google Maps map. It does not load when you open the page: a “Load map” button appears, and only if you click it does your browser connect to Google, which may set its own cookies under its own policy.
How to change your mind
Whenever you like, with no explanation needed. In the notice that appears the first time you can choose “Accept”, “Decline” or “Configure”.
If you have already answered and want to change your choice, click “Cookie preferences” in the footer of any page: the panel opens again and you can withdraw your permission as easily as you gave it.
How to block them from your browser
All browsers let you block or delete cookies from their settings, usually in the privacy section. If you block the one that stores your choice, the notice will appear again on every visit.
Changes to this policy
If this website ever starts using other cookies, we will update this page, change its date and ask you again before switching anything new on.
