Controller: La Tarteta.
Purpose: to handle your order, confirm it by email and let you know if anything changes.
Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box, and handling the order or request you make.
Recipients: nobody else. The data is stored with our technical providers (hosting, database and email delivery), acting as data processors; some are outside the European Union, with the safeguards required by the regulation.
Retention: six months after the pick-up day; then it is deleted automatically.
Rights: you can withdraw your consent at any time and request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data at contacto@latarteta.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
